This was the first purchase from Tweek…

This was the first purchase from Tweek and it was excellent. The item was well packaged and received within 2 days of ordering. The price was also very competitive and cheaper than any other online retailer. Will definitely be using Tweek Cycles again for future purchases.

Tweekscycles.

Tweekscycles.The most appalling customer service EVER several LONG (ure next in line) phone calls. Get through 40 minutes later to be told customer services will contact you. Oooooo let me think maybe after the p6th phone call to you and numerous emails ...customer services are ignoring me.I would definitely recommend NOT to BUY OFF THIS TOTALLY USELESS COMPANY .Aww maybe I will give them 5*5* for bad customer service5* for ignoring a customer 5* for the worst company EVER.....Tweekscycles have a great day......... PS cycle carrier is still broken.......

Really disappointing

Really disappointing. I placed an order for some shoes beginning of March and the site said dispatch in 5 days. 19th March, they email to say it will arrive 4th May. 21st April they email to say 18th June!!! When I called to complain there was "nothing they could do" and they "wouldn't mislead me on the website". However, the website currently says order now and dispatch in 13 days!!!This is completely unacceptable and falsely advertising their stock levels! I would have bought the product elsewhere if I knew they would never have been able to honor what is advertised!Especially no offer of any compensation - poor customer service guys!

Bought a new bike off them

Bought a new bike off them, it arrived within a few days very well packed. All worked well for first month but it developed a major bearing rust fault. Rang twice, e mailed twice with photos of problem. Waited over two weeks for them to get back to me. Decided fastest way to solve problem was to take it back to Wrexham. I received a good service from their technician who fixed the problem.

Takes a loooong time to get a call…

Takes a loooong time to get a call answered but the people are really helpful and nice. Service was great. Shame the product arrived and was faulty, but tweets did step up.

I won't be buying anything from Tweeks again

I won't be buying anything from Tweeks in the future, as I think their sales follow up is pretty poor. I had a spoke break on a virtually new Shimano RS300 Clincher rear wheel. I had only cycled approx. 300 miles on it. They kindly repaired it, but I'm not sure it was to a good standard. It took 5 weeks from my initial email for them to fix and return to me - and they forgot to refit the rim tape. However, after a few hundred miles more, and on good roads (I weigh 12 stone so well within the weight limit) another spoke broke on the repaired wheel. I was pretty angry this time, as I was in the middle of nowhere in the dark with a warped wheel! The wheel was obviously faulty and not fit for purpose, so I asked for a full refund, but they refused, telling me it could be due to 'not tensioning the wheel after a period of time, over tension of a spoke or an accident (!)' - they dropped themselves in it a bit as they had repaired the wheel, so should have tensioned the spokes. I went through the Paypal resolution centre and eventually got a full refund, but only after I had returned the wheel. I found the whole process quite difficult, as I had to chase them for every email reply.

Fraud!!! And they won't accept reviews.

I bought a "SRAM Powerlock Silver Chain Connector - 11 Speed"The picture clearly shows the whole link with both sides, and so is described.but only one sides is for sale.only a useless one sides was delivered.the customer service says that its not a mistake, but it is specified "sold individually".Yes, the connector link, not one single side sold individually. No one will ever consider to buy half of the connector for any reason. Would anyone buy a left shoe only without the right one?I bought it because the price seemed fair, and now I discover that it is twice the price if I want the whole link! Plus the delivery costs!!!I could have bought it from any other shop for less.And now the so called customer service, doesn't reply when I asked for my money back!!!!!!!That is a fraud!!!It's a crime!!!
